Many front of house staff have gone on to take on management roles, along with kitchen porters and junior chefs training up to a more hands on role. We've also had general managers progressing into more senior roles within the whole company. As our company continues to grow, career opportunities grow too, we love to promote from within and aim to train our employees to fill future management roles.
