The Jug & Bottle is a busy foody pub a stone's throw from the centre of Heswall, hidden upon the hill away from the hustle and bustle of town. Our regularly changing fresh menu has successfully kept us on the map for a number of years and we are one of the most popular places in Heswall to dine. Downstairs there is a warm and welcoming large bar area for drinkers and diners. and upstairs you'll find a handful of cosy boutique bedrooms offering a relaxing and restful stay.
Job Description
We're looking for a positive and enthusiastic duty manager with an outgoing personality, bags of enthusiasm and a natural ability to look after people. We’re a family company looking for passionate people who are happy to go above and beyond, muck in with the rest of the team and genuinely care that every guest has a great time each time they visit us.
Previous experience of working in a similar environment is essential as we know you’ll have the attitude and work ethos we’re looking for – a duty manager who shares our love of food, drink and most importantly people. Some experience of cask ales and cellar management would be preferable.
