Brookhouse Mill is due to open early 2026, so we're now looking for an experienced GM to come on board and head up our latest addition.
We’re looking for someone with pub experience, a shed load of enthusiasm, an ability to get on with anyone and everyone is a must, as is a love of beer, wine and food. This is very much what the Brookhouse Mill will be about, looking after our customers and creating that friendly and relaxed atmosphere, keeping our beer selection fresh, interesting and in top notch condition, great value interesting wines, and a menu of fresh tasty dishes.
You'll have plenty of input into the above; choosing wines, beers and making the pub very much your own. Alongside enjoying the reward and recognition of getting this right - you’ll also have the challenge and responsibility of running your own business and managing your team. So, a head for figures, attention to detail and a solid work ethic are going to be essential to succeed in the role.
You won’t be a small cog in a huge machine, instead you’ll very much be part of the family. We’re all on first name terms, and often put the world to rights over a pint or two after a management meeting. We’ll be right on hand to assist as and when you need us but we’re happy for our managers to try out new things and put their stamp and style on a pub.
