The Cottage Loaf is a lively and popular food led pub in the heart of the Victorian seaside town of Llandudno, well known for its constantly evolving menu of fresh, local, interesting dishes.

Job Description
We are looking for a hard working and reliable prep chef who is looking for a progressive role at this brand new site. You will be a crucial part of the kitchen team, assisting the team with the preparation of the dishes. Our pubs are well known for serving the finest of fresh locally sourced produce - our regularly changing menus reflect this, and our chefs create their own menus and always welcome ideas from the whole of the team..
A genuine love of food, attention to detail and previous experience of working in a similar, busy, high-volume kitchen and operating tools and utensils is essential.
