Kitchen Team

We are always on the lookout for passionate chefs to join our creative and talented kitchen team. Working closely together they strive to produce high quality British gastro food that is renown in the area.

Our chefs create their own menus and always welcome ideas from the whole team. All of our dishes are freshly created in-house using locally sourced produce where possible. This allows our chefs to inject individuality and passion into each and every dish creating an exciting seasonal menu.

All of our pubs have modern well equipped commercial kitchens giving our chefs the tools they need to create the perfect dish.

Front & Back of House

Our pubs are lively and friendly places, and that’s just how we like our front of house team to be too. We want you to enjoy coming to work and have some fun whilst you’re there. Yes, sometimes shifts can be busy but our teams thrive on that, and all muck in together rising to the challenge to make sure each and every one of our customers has a great time.

We provide plenty of in-house training and external NVQ courses are also available.

Management

People management is paramount in our pubs at all levels, whether managing a small team or a whole pub. A day in the life of a manager is never the same which is one of the appeals to the job.

If progression to the top is what you are looking for, to run your own Stange pub or head up one of our kitchens one day, then we offer a development scheme to help you gain all of the knowledge and experience you would require to fit such a role.

We offer a generous and highly achievable bonus scheme to our senior managers. Our general managers are also provided with on site or nearby quality accommodation for them and their family.

Whilst our management teams are given the autonomy needed to run their own sites, the support team at the office are always on hand to offer help and guidance wherever needed.

Office

Behind the scenes we have a dedicated and hard working office team that help keep the engine oiled and the cogs turning. From the finance team ensuring that all of our suppliers and staff get paid, the ops team helping the smooth running of the pubs, the HR team keeping us all in check, and the communications team helping to enhance the customer journey.
